Contact form

Contact form is a free to download. and a free to use. script. You can use it on your own pages to let visitors send you a feedback.

Feature list:

• can be protected by captcha - option in settings
• can be limited to a number of messages sent from one IP per defined time

Requirements:

• PHP5 scripting language
• GD lib with ttf support (if captcha enabled)
• standard mail function
• MySQL database
